Chopped Onion 1 cup
Chopped Chilly 3 tsp
Chopped Garlic flake 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 2 sprig
Chopped tomato 1/3 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tsp
Pressure cook Potato.
Heat oil in pan, Put Mustard seeds, wait till sputter.
Add curry leaves, onion, chilly, garlic, ginger and tomato one by one slowly.
Fry till golden brown.
Add smashed potato and salt.
Leave for 10-15 minutes. Add coriander leaves.
Dole out hot for Poor
